1. Notice Period:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

2. Late Cancellations:

• If you cancel within less than 48 hours, your retainer fee will be forfeited.

3. No-Shows:

• Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee and may require payment in full to book future services.

4. Retainer Fees:

• All appointments require a non-refundable retainer fee to secure your booking. This fee will be applied to your total service cost but is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

5. Emergency Exceptions:

• We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

6. Rescheduling Policy:

• Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee. A new retainer fee will be required to book a new appointment.

7. Arrival Time:

• Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation or rescheduling, with the retainer fee forfeited.

To provide convenience and flexibility, I offer on-location services for your special events. A standard travel fee of $20 will be applied for locations within a 30-mile radius of Davenport, Florida 33837 or 33844.

For locations beyond this 30-mile radius, additional fees may apply based on the distance. Please contact me for a customized quote if your location is outside this range.

This fee ensures that I can continue delivering high-quality services at your preferred location while covering transportation and time costs.

Parking arrangements must be provided at the service location. Any associated parking fees will be added to the final balance or charged directly to the hotel room.

Trials are scheduled Tuesday through Thursday. An additional fee of $30 will apply for trial appointments requested on Friday, Saturday, or Sundays.

A $15 early appointment fee will apply to appointments scheduled before 7:00 AM.

Promotional Use: Photos may be taken during or after your appointment for promotional purposes. By booking, you agree to this policy.
